On November 5, 2021 Turnkey received a contract to provide the Transportation of Waste for the Decommissioning & Disposal (D&D) of the SM-1 Nuclear Reactor Facility in Ft. Belvoir, VA.  This is a U.S. Army Corps of Engineering project being managed by A2D which consists of Amentum and Aptim Federal Services.  Turnkey will provide containers, equipment, trucks and drivers in support of the mission to D&D SM-1.

In July 2019, Turnkey acquired Interstate Ventures, Inc. a small business located in Knoxville, TN.  Interstate Ventures is a specialty transportation and logistics firm experienced as a carrier for the U.S. Government and commercial customers for the planning and transportation of sensitive equipment and materials.

At its annual Supplier Awards event today in Reston, Virginia, Bechtel recognized more than 60 subcontractors and suppliers for excellence in their support to Bechtel projects across the globe. The event took place during a luncheon at the Hyatt Regency Reston.
