Susie Norris has been the Marketing Director for Turnkey for one year. On average, every day is different for her. One day she is creating a powerpoint presentation, the next day she’s planning a trade show event, and then the next she is working on art for a client.  

When asked why Susie chose to work at Turnkey she stated, “The people and the culture are what make Turnkey special. From leadership to the shop, everyone cares about each other. Team members are always willing to pitch in when someone needs help. And we do lots of fun activities, lunches, and challenges together.”

When Susie is not working, she enjoys watching her kids doing the activities they love. As well as eating some good food with good friends. She is the cheer/dance coach at Webb School of Knoxville and teaches tumbling at Oak Ridge Academy of Dance. Susie also volunteers at her church.
