Allison Lathrop has worked with Turnkey as an Administrative Specialist for a year and a half. She handles payroll administration & various HR support. Some of her days on average are hectic with processing payroll, but others she is able to talk with employees and help them with anything they may need. Allie chose Turnkey because of the care for employee mentality. She feels supported & knows she is cared about as a person, which makes her want to do her best & work harder. She also feels her coworkers make her work special.

When Allie is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family. She has been married to her husband, Ben, for 23 years. She loves to hike, antique, work puzzles, do projects at home, travel… She also likes to read & craft. Allie & her husband have a son, Jack, who is a sophomore at TN Tech. She is a big supporter of YOKE & Young Life.
