Penny Beeler has worked with Turnkey as director of Human Resources for almost 22 years. She does a number of things for the company, but some things she focuses on is facilitating the benefit program & helping enhance the quality of our employees. Penny cares for each employee as if they were her own clients & always goes above and beyond to ensure everything is taken care of. When asked why she chose & stayed at Turnkey after so many years, she stated “Turnkey chose me. The family atmosphere & comradery is rare to find in a company these days.” Her favorite part about working at Turnkey is the people aspect of her job, she loves the opportunity to get to know new people.
When Penny is not working, she enjoys volunteering at her church, exploring new outdoor activities such as walking & hiking, and sewing. When asked who her favorite coworker is, Penny’s response was, “We are a family at Turnkey, and when you’re a family, you do not pick favorites. But, mine would be Jody Waddell.”
