Tina Howard has worked with Turnkey through staff augmentation for 4.5 years. She is a FIMS & Real Property Support Services Specialist. Her days are very fast paced, with deadline demanding roles. One day, she could be verifying the actual size of over 400 facilities and the next generating condition assessments and reporting repair needs to DOE Headquarters on a finite schedule. TIna chose Turnkey as her employer because of the family-like values with which the company operates. Some of her favorite things about Turnkey are 1) it is a locally owned company in my hometown 2) competitive benefit package, and 3) open line of communication between management and employees. 

When Tina is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family and cheering on the Tennessee Vols. She donates to several local charities & schools as well. Tina has been married to her husband, Shane, for 29 years. Together, they have one son, Colby, and 3 pets!
