Firm Collaborating With Hubbard Trucking And A.J. Metler
OAK RIDGE, TN (November 2, 2020)– Turnkey Technical Services, LLC (Turnkey) and team members Hubbard Trucking, Inc. and A.J. Metler, have been awarded a Waste Transportation Services, Transportation Hub Operations and Haul Road Maintenance contract by UCOR. The contract announcement was made October 21.
The Turnkey-led team will provide the services, equipment, materials, and labor to transport waste, equipment, and other materials from points of origin throughout the Oak Ridge Reservation (including Y-12, ORNL and ETTP) to the proper landfills for disposal. The team will manage the HUB Facility which serves as the primary staging, storage, maintenance, and dispatch center, and also maintain and operate the Haul Road that runs throughout the Oak Ridge Reservation.

The partnership will dedicate 50 of its current combined employees to the contract, managing and operating a fleet of 40 dump trucks.
UCOR is an Amentum-led partnership with Jacobs that combines the talents of two global program management companies. Along with small business partner, RSI EnTech (RSI), the team is the lead environmental management contractor for the Department of Energy’s Oak Ridge Reservation in Oak Ridge, Tennessee.
